Refund Policy

A clear framework for cancellations and payment questions.

1. Current website

This website has no checkout, subscriptions, or payment collection. Creating a project brief is free and creates no payment obligation.

2. Before a service begins

For a future paid engagement, refund and cancellation terms must be supplied with the written proposal before payment. These should identify any deposit, milestones, approved expenses, and applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights.

3. Cancellation after work starts

Any amount payable or refundable will depend on the signed agreement, work actually performed, approved non-recoverable expenses, and applicable law. This page does not declare all deposits or completed work automatically non-refundable.

4. Delivery problems

If agreed work is missing or materially fails the agreed scope, raise the issue with the named project contact. Available remedies may include correction, replacement work, cancellation, or a refund as required by the agreement and applicable law.

5. Requesting and processing a refund

Send the payment reference, date, relevant deliverable, and reason for the request to the provider identified in your agreement. The provider should confirm any approved amount, method, and expected processing period in writing. Banking and payment-provider timings can vary.

6. Third-party costs and statutory rights

Approved external purchases may have separate vendor refund terms, which should be disclosed before purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or lawful payment-dispute remedies.
