Website: novatech · novatech8.onlineLast updated: 28 October 2026

1. Digital-first services

The services presented here are digital. This website does not sell or ship physical goods and has no shipping charges, carriers, customs arrangements, or physical order tracking.

2. Delivery methods

A commissioned project may be delivered through an agreed repository, secure file link, design workspace, documentation, or hosting access. The exact method and recipient permissions should be set out in the project agreement.

3. Schedules and dependencies

No delivery date is promised by browsing this website or downloading a brief. Milestones should be agreed in writing and account for content readiness, approvals, scope, platform access, and third-party dependencies.

4. Review and acceptance

The project agreement should define the review period, acceptance criteria, and process for reporting missing files or defects. Handover should include the agreed files, documentation, and access instructions.

5. Access, storage, and delays

Save your own copies of delivered work and protect access credentials. Retention periods and ongoing hosting or maintenance require separate agreement. Material delays or changes should be communicated with a revised plan.

6. Physical delivery in the future

If a future project includes physical items, shipping destinations, charges, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and loss or damage procedures must be agreed before the order is accepted.
